Hi! I’m Karen Kage. I started this website to share DIY wedding projects and ideas. See my first post!
I currently live near Tokyo, Japan with my husband, my son, and my dog. We moved here from Northern California a few years ago to be closer to my family and for better career opportunities. When I’m not working on this website, I’m working as a Web Applications Developer. I haven’t been to very many places yet, but I like to travel. I also like playing pretty much all sports, but my favorite is volleyball. I like all things geeky and have been known to spend countless hours playing a Night Elf Druid on World of Warcraft (pre-baby days). I also own several other websites which you can find at the address below.
Of course the another thing I love is weddings! Even though I’ve been married for a little while now, I still subscribe to Martha Stewart Weddings and pick up other bridal magazines once in a while. I just love looking at all the beautiful table settings and invitations. I even entertained the thought of starting up my own wedding invitation line some day, but decided I rather do this!
